Pilates Studio 3 person Mat Work classes £60 for 6 week course, those currently in the class have first refusal on consecutive bookings
Spaces are subject to availability so I recommend putting
your name down on my waiting list to join these classes - new classes will be offered if the waiting lists fill up.

Pilates Group Mat Work Classes various locations (I am
currently running a reduced timetable as I have a small baby)
My Pilates group mat work classes that I run privatly cost £65
for a block of 10 sessions, £75 for 10 anytime sessions and £8.50 for single classes (drop
in only if spaces are available).
My privately run beginners group class is limited 12 people maximum. Spaces are subject to availability

For Spinal Touch
the cost per treatment is £28 for a single session or £100 for 4 treatments. Although
it is up to the individual 4 sessions are recommended to fully complete the treatment.
